I’ve always thought I wanted my legacy in this world to be that the people around me were better off because I was there: loving them, supporting them, helping them, teaching them, collaborating with them… whatever it might be.

They might not remember me, or credit me with any of it, but as long as something in their lives went a little better because I tried? Good enough.
